Our Mission
Bordertown Paranormal Society is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving regional history, promoting folklore and paranormal research, and exploring cultural beliefs across Southeast Kansas and the Four-State region. We create inclusive spaces for public engagement through paranormal investigation, podcast production, folklore documentation, book publication, and free community events such as Bordertown ParaCon.
Our mission is to foster curiosity, cultural preservation, and community education by sharing local legends, historical mysteries, and unexplained phenomena. Organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, we strive to make the paranormal accessible, respectful, and enriching for all.
