Bordertown ParaCon 2026: A Full Day Where the Strange Comes Home to the Four States
The veil is thinning again in Caney, Kansas—and on Saturday, August 8, the Four‑State paranormal community will gather for the 8th Annual Bordertown ParaCon, a full day dedicated to ghosts, cryptids, UFOs, high strangeness, and the mysteries that bind them all together.
If you’ve followed our Facebook page, you already know this year is shaping up to be our biggest and most ambitious ParaCon yet. We’re bringing together investigators, authors, podcasters, filmmakers, and researchers from across the region for a lineup packed with panels, presentations, workshops, vendors, raffles, and hands‑on learning opportunities. Whether you’re a seasoned investigator or simply curious about the unexplained, this is the place to be.
And yes—admission is free.

Featured Presenters & Guest Moderators
This year’s roster brings together some of the most compelling voices in paranormal research and storytelling:
- Heather Woodward — Author, researcher, and host known for her work on thoughtforms, hauntings, and the Pearl Experiment.
- Enzo Cyrille — Podcaster and investigator exploring the history of UFO photography and how everyday people can document sightings.
- Lisa Livingston Martin & Alex Martin — The team behind Dark Ozarks, bringing deep regional history and para‑science insight.
- Russell Reynolds Jr. & Russell Reynolds Sr. — Investigators specializing in residential hauntings and demonology.

Our hands‑on workshop returns this year with a beginner‑friendly introduction to dowsing—perfect for investigators, history buffs, and anyone curious about energy work and intuitive tools.
